Hanging Instructions
Step One: Anchor
If you are hanging your garland on a railing or banister, simply use the long stretchy balloon to loop around the centerline of the balloon garland and tie a knot.
If you are hanging the garland on the wall, wipe the area of the wall you're going to attach the Command hook to with the alcohol wipes provides . Wait a few minutes to allow it to dry, then attach your included Command Hooks onto the wall with the attached balloon bracelet. Make sure to hang the Command Hooks 10 minutes before you attach your garland to allow it to properly adhere to the wall/surface.

Step Two: Attach
Have someone help you hold the garland in place while you stretch the balloon bracelet towards the closest balloon.
Step Three: Secure
Gently pull the balloon bracelet over the closest balloon onto it's neck or base.
Step Four: Fluff & Finish
Gently move and maneuver the garland to create the finished look you desire. The mini balloon clusters can easily be moved, so make sure that they are all facing the front moving them slightly to achieve the look you like best.
