We use high quality balloons in all of our products & installations to ensure you the absolute best outcome possible. Balloons love a climate-controlled environment! If kept out of heat and direct sunlight, your balloons should last beyond your event. Due to the nature of balloons, we cannot guarantee your balloons will last any particular length of time once they have been delivered or picked up. Coming in contact with plants, rough surfaces, sun/heat exposure, children, pets, etc. can all cause your balloons to pop. Once delivered, The Aubrey Details is not responsible for any balloons that are lost, popped, punctured, poked, or stolen.

As soon as you know the date. We highly recommend booking as early as possible, ideally at least two weeks in advance. This gives us time to work with you on the colors and vision, and allows us to place orders with suppliers. There may be a Rush Fee for any event booked less than a week away.
Yes, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to be paid to hold your date (for Custom Balloon Installations.) The remaining balance is due the day of installation. By paying the deposit, you are agreeing to our terms & conditions.
We take cash, check (for businesses & non-profits only), Zelle, and Venmo. Zelle is offered through most bank apps and is completely free. It is a fantastic way to pay directly from your bank account. Venmo takes all major credit cards.
Tear down and disposal is the responsibility of the client. The Aubrey Details can return for tear down for an additional fee. If you have rented props from The Aubrey Details, pick after the event is included in the rental fee. Please, feel free to reach out to us if you have questions regarding how to best take down your balloon display.
Small Grab & Go Garlands (4-6 ft) can easily fit in the back seat of a car. For 8 ft, you'd need a mid-size SUV and a 10 ft, a full-size SUV. We also offer delivery for Grab & Go Garlands for locations up to 20 mi from 95966 zip code.
I will include hanging directions and 3M Command Hooks with every Grab & Go Garland to ensure your walls/surfaces will not be harmed in the hanging process. For a step-by-step tutorial take a look here!
All deposits made to hold the date of your event are non-refundable, but they are transferrable if your event is cancelled or postponed.
